Team Lead Research & Development

Lead several agile development teams of about 19 engineers and testers at a healthcare software company.

A healthcare software company in Noord-Brabant is hiring a team lead for research and development in its eHealth unit. You lead several agile teams of about 19 software engineers and test specialists.

What you will do:

• Coach and develop the people in your teams through one-on-ones, performance reviews and daily support
• Steer the agile teams day to day and be the first contact for escalations
• Set and guard development and testing standards and quality norms
• Co-own the release calendar and the annual planning with product management
• Help shape the agile approach and the move towards agentic development

What you bring:

• Bachelor level (hbo), preferably with an IT component
• Experience in a lead or coordinating role in software development
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
• Experience in people management, coaching and holding development and review conversations
• Strong communication in Dutch and English
• Affinity with software development and modern development environments
