Manager Managed Security Services

People manager for a managed security services team of about 20 security professionals.

An IT services firm in the Randstad has an operations division with a Managed Security Services team of about 20 security professionals. For that team it is hiring a people manager. You combine people leadership with operational responsibility, innovation and growth.

What you will do:

• Take responsibility for capacity, competencies, performance and professional development of the team.
• Safeguard the quality and continuity of the services: SOC and security monitoring, endpoint detection and response, vulnerability management, security testing and pentesting, threat intelligence and security awareness.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs and security processes.
• Take charge of complex incidents towards clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute commercially to the growth ambition: take part in sales, presales and bid responses and in developing propositions.
