Executive Search
Discreet searches for the appointments where a wrong hire costs an organisation most.
Executive search is the engagement clients call us in for when the seat matters too much to fill from the active market. Boards, C-suite, divisional leadership, non-executive directors. In these roles a wrong appointment sets an organisation back years; the right one shapes it for a decade.
We run executive search differently from a contingent recruitment process. Every brief starts with a long conversation about what the role actually has to deliver in the first six and twelve months. We map the market against that scope, not against a generic CV template.
Confidentiality is the default. Many of our executive searches never appear on a job board. We approach candidates discreetly, run early conversations off-platform, and brief candidates on your organization only when it is safe and useful for both sides.
We run executive search in the sectors we have worked for years: financial services, defense and security, healthcare, public sector, family business, private capital and the regulated industrial economy.
When to call us: when the search has been open longer than it should have been, when the internal team has run out of usable names, when discretion matters more than speed, when the board needs an independent view of who is genuinely available.
