What you will do

  • Run daily conversations with candidates and companies
  • Develop your own market and build long-term relationships

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or one to two years of sales experience
  • Eager to learn, sharp-minded and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Ambitious and ready to build a career, not just take a job
  • Willing to put in five full days a week at the office
