UX and UI Designer

Design the UX and UI of a new B2B software platform and help build its design system.

A software company in Overijssel is hiring a UX and UI designer for 32 to 40 hours a week. You help shape the design foundations of a new platform from the start. You work hybrid and receive a home-working allowance.

What you will do:

• Design intuitive UX and appealing UI for complex B2B software and workflows
• Turn user needs and business requirements into concrete designs
• Help set up the design foundations and the design system of the new platform
• Make complicated processes clear and easy to use
• Keep quality and consistency across products
• Influence product quality and the user experience in a changing organisation

What you bring:

• A relevant bachelor or master degree
• UX and UI experience, preferably for B2B software or complex environments
• Experience in product teams that work in Agile or Scrum
• Experience with, or a clear interest in, design systems, and experience with Figma or a similar tool
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills
• A pragmatic approach in a constantly shifting environment
