UX Designer

Make software easier to use, from talking to users through to a tested design.

A software company in Noord-Brabant is hiring a UX Designer. You make sure the company's software is easy to use. To do that you talk to the people who work with it, create designs and test whether they hold up in practice.

What you will do:

• Talk to users and watch how they work with the software
• Turn what you learn into screens, sketches and clickable prototypes
• Test designs with users and adjust them based on the results
• Decide with product managers and developers what gets built
• Help developers so the design ends up in the product as intended

What you bring:

• Experience as a UX designer
• Experience with user research and testing designs
• You work quickly in a design tool such as Figma
• You explain your design choices clearly to developers and product managers
