Team Lead Interim Services

Team lead for interim payroll and HR professionals placed at client organisations.

A software company in the province of Utrecht has a team of interim professionals who temporarily strengthen HR and payroll departments at clients, including payroll administrators and functional application managers. For that team it is hiring a team lead. The role itself is a permanent position. You work in a hybrid setup and travel to clients.

What you will do:

• Lead the team and coach and develop the professionals.
• Steer on deployability, staffing, quality and client satisfaction.
• Discuss the required expertise with clients.
• Monitor the performance of the team.
• Spot market opportunities and contribute to the growth of the interim services.
• Work with recruitment and relationship management.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's or master's level.
• Excellent Dutch.
• Proven leadership experience in consultancy, secondment or interim services.
• A coaching leadership style and strong organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel to clients.
