Logistics Team Leader

Lead a logistics team in a new, largely automated warehouse at a manufacturer in Zuid-Holland.

A growing manufacturer in Zuid-Holland needs a logistics team leader. You take ultimate responsibility for a team with varied work in a new, largely automated warehouse. You report to the logistics director. You can still shape how the logistics organisation is professionalised.

What you will do:

• Lead the logistics team: two coordinators directly and about 20 logistics employees indirectly.
• Coach your team, and be direct when needed.
• Bring calm and structure to daily operations in the automated warehouse.
• Spot improvements and work with the team to make operations more efficient.
• Contribute to later building phases and the professionalisation of logistics.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's level of working and thinking.
• Several years of leadership experience in a similar role at a growing manufacturer.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and keep an overview.
• Availability full-time, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
• A home within 45 minutes of the site.
• Fluent Dutch.
• Experience with projects or IT implementations is a plus.
