An insurer in Noord-Brabant needs a claims handler for car insurance. You are the first contact for members with car damage. Training and guidance from experienced colleagues take you from newcomer to expert. Claims experience is a plus, not a requirement.

What you will do:

• Be the first point of contact for members with car damage, with calm, clarity and personal attention
• Handle claim files carefully, so members quickly know where they stand
• Carry out administrative claims work and speak with customers by phone
• Follow the in-house training: first the car insurance product, then phone and writing skills

What you bring:

• At least vocational (mbo) level of work and thinking
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Excel
• Stress-resistant, enthusiastic and customer-focused
• Excellent spoken and written Dutch
• Experience as a claims handler is a plus
• The Wft Basis and Wft Schade Particulier diplomas are legally required; if you do not have them yet, you earn them during the training
