HR Business Partner

Manufacturer in Zuid-Holland needs an HR business partner for R&D, Quality and Finance.

A manufacturing company with about 550 employees in Zuid-Holland needs an HR business partner. You advise managers in R&D, Quality and Finance and work in a small HR team with short lines of communication. You have plenty of room to work independently.

What you will do:

• Advise managers on leadership, performance and team, talent and organisational development
• Understand the business, spot opportunities and turn challenges into practical HR solutions
• Guide recruitment and selection, including workforce planning and onboarding
• Manage absence cases and advise managers on preventive absence policy
• Take on projects, such as strengthening a performance culture and optimising the HR system

What you bring:

• 5 to 10 years of experience as an HR business partner
• Bachelor or master degree; HRM or business administration is a plus
• Proactive, independent and result-oriented
• Analytical and commercial, with care for employees and the ability to turn HR data into action
• Fluent Dutch and English
