HR Business Partner

Be HR partner for fast-growing content, tech and IT teams at a knowledge and software company in Zuid-Holland.

A knowledge and software company in Zuid-Holland is changing into a tech company. Its content, tech and IT teams grow fast. You become the HR partner for those teams.

What you will do:

• Be the HR partner of the content, tech and IT teams throughout the transformation.
• Guide managers and employees on all HR questions, from onboarding to development.
• Spot what is going on in the team and turn it into HR actions that work.
• Advise managers on leadership, performance and talent development.
• Contribute to the culture change that comes with this transformation.
• Work closely with HR colleagues and the head of people.

What you bring:

• Relevant HR experience, preferably in a tech or IT environment.
• An understanding of fast-growing teams, and experience advising managers on leadership and teamwork.
• Experience with performance management, set up in a practical way.
• Experience building a salary structure or similar HR framework.
• Affinity with culture programmes and leadership programmes.
• Fluent Dutch and English.

• 36 hours per week, three days a week at the office, the rest where you work best.
• A fixed year-end bonus of 4 percent and profit sharing of up to 6 percent.
