Senior Case Manager, Absence and Prevention

Absence and employability specialist who supports HR and hotel operations.

A hospitality company in central Netherlands is hiring a senior case manager for absence and prevention at its head office. You support HR and hotel operations in making lasting improvements to absence and employability. The role suits an experienced case manager, HR advisor or absence specialist.

What you will do:

• Take charge of absence processes and safeguard compliance with the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act.
• Support HR advisors and hotel managers with complex absence cases.
• Steer the occupational health service towards advice that works in practice.
• Analyse absence data and spot trends.
• Advise on interventions and reintegration.
• Organise knowledge sharing and a uniform approach across the hotels.
• Improve the processes around absence and employability.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's level of thinking and working.
• At least 5 years of experience with absence, employability and/or case management.
• Knowledge of the Gatekeeper Improvement Act.
• Knowledge of the ERD is a plus.
• Experience advising line managers.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
