Data Management Specialist

Improve data quality and maintain KPI definitions in a data competence center.

A manufacturer in South Holland is hiring a data management specialist for its data competence center. You make data quality part of daily work and keep data and KPI definitions sharp. You work full-time and hybrid, four days at the office.

What you will do:

• Analyse datasets on a modern data platform and develop ways to measure data quality
• Turn findings into improvement initiatives, then track progress and report results
• Maintain and improve data and KPI definitions
• Advise business analysts and stakeholders on data standards, governance and quality
• Help teams make data quality a routine part of their work
• Work with architects and data and analytics engineers

What you bring:

• A bachelor or master degree, ideally in information management, computer science or data science
• 2 to 5 years of experience with data governance, data quality, data definitions or KPI management
• Knowledge of modern data platforms, preferably the one used here
• Strong analytical skills and excellent stakeholder communication
• Fluent English
