Senior Data and AI Governance Specialist, Retail and Consumer Products

Senior specialist who designs and implements data and AI governance at retail and consumer clients.

An IT services firm in North Holland has a team for retail and consumer products. For that team it is hiring a senior specialist in data and AI governance. You help clients use their data and AI in a controlled way, and you contribute to the firm's own capability in data, cloud and AI, including reusable methods.

What you will do:

• Assess how mature data and AI governance is at clients and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop governance operating models, roles and decision-making structures.
• Activate data ownership, stewardship and data quality processes.
• Set up governance for AI use cases, with transparency, monitoring and human oversight.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Translate decisions into roadmaps and backlogs and guide implementation and adoption.

What you bring:

• At least 7 years of experience in data governance, data management, data risk or a similar field.
• Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks.
• Dutch at native or near-native level.
