UX Team Lead

Lead UX quality and a small design team for websites and apps at an online retailer in Noord-Brabant.

An online retailer in Noord-Brabant is hiring a UX team lead. You are responsible for the quality of the user experience of its websites and apps, and you lead a small team of UX designers.

What you will do:

• Own the quality of the user experience across websites and apps
• Set the direction of the UX vision and make decisions on UX strategy
• Research user needs and analyse user behaviour
• Develop and guard UX processes, design principles and quality standards
• Coach the UX designers in their daily work and their craft
• Work closely with product owners, development, testers and management

What you bring:

• At least 7 years of proven experience in UX or product design
• Broad experience with user research, usability testing, customer journeys, wireframing and prototyping
• Experience with a common design tool
• Experience coaching or leading designers
• The nerve to decide, set priorities and take stakeholders along
• Affinity with AI in UX work
• Fluent Dutch, written and spoken
