Finance Controller Hospitality Group

Finance Controller for a hospitality group with multiple locations.

A hospitality group runs several locations and needs a controller who keeps the numbers clear for management. You report on results, sharpen the forecast and make sure the financial administration is in order. You work close to the business and talk to location managers as well as the board.

What you will do:

• Prepare the monthly closing and the management reporting.
• Analyse results per location and explain deviations.
• Build and update budgets and forecasts.
• Guide the annual accounts together with the accountant.
• Improve processes, controls and reporting tools.
• Advise management on margins, costs and investments.

What you bring:

• A higher education degree in finance or business economics.
• Several years of experience as a controller or senior financial professional.
• Strong Excel skills and good command of an ERP or reporting system.
• The ability to explain figures in plain language.
• Experience in hospitality, retail or a multi-site business is a plus.
