Senior Java Engineer / Tech Lead

Senior Java Engineer or Tech Lead for a custom software company.

A custom software company builds applications for clients in several sectors, from analysis to maintenance. It needs a senior Java engineer who can also lead. You own client projects, guide the developers and write part of the code yourself.

What you will do:

• Own and deliver several client projects from start to finish.
• Talk to clients directly about scope, planning and technical choices.
• Lead front-end and back-end developers.
• Write part of the code and review the work of others.
• Weigh security and performance from the start.
• Set up deployments with Docker in CI pipelines, on cloud or a virtual private server.

What you bring:

• Strong experience with Java and Spring.
• Knowledge of Hibernate, REST and Git.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or a comparable database.
• Experience leading developers is a plus.
• Clear communication with clients and colleagues.
