The programme, phase by phase

The programme follows the order in which a consultant takes on responsibility: first the basics, then the conversations, then a market of your own, and later a team.

First weeks

Start

You learn how we deal with clients and candidates, the words the trade uses and how to plan a day and a week. You listen in on calls, make your first ones with a coach beside you and build habits that carry the rest of the year.

First months

Foundations

You learn to read a market and locate the right people in it. You practise the conversations we hold with prospects and candidates: structuring a conversation, handling an objection and making an argument that fits.

Once you hold a market of your own

Own market

You run the full process yourself: qualifying jobs and candidates, introducing people who fit, preparing interviews and guiding an offer to a signature. Your coach moves from listening along to reviewing your processes with you.

As a senior consultant

Senior

You deepen client relationships, review accounts with the people who hire through you and learn when another conversation method serves you better than the one you know. You start coaching newer colleagues.

Over the years that follow

Road to partner

You build a team without losing your own clients, hold a yearly conversation with leadership about the partner track and learn the leadership work: one-to-ones, feedback, performance and hiring.

Every module ends with an assessment. The pace follows what you master, not the calendar: you move on when your coach and the assessment agree you are ready.
