UX Strategist

Set the UX direction for large digital platforms, from first client question to validation.

A digital services company in North Brabant is hiring a medior UX strategist on a permanent contract. You lead the UX side of discovery and development in multidisciplinary teams, from the first client question to validation with end users.

What you will do:

• Uncover client needs, also when the brief gives no direction
• Define UX strategies that are sound, supported by stakeholders and tested
• Run discovery with workshops, design sprints and co-creation, and create wireframes and prototypes that tell the story
• Set the research approach and guard its quality, both qualitative and quantitative
• Base decisions on data, research and user insights
• Coach junior UX colleagues and spot follow-up work

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience building solutions for websites and apps
• 2 to 3 years of experience running digital strategy end to end
• Experience turning business goals into KPIs and leading workshops
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams and in developing junior colleagues
• Excellent Dutch and English
