Senior Data Strategy Consultant

Advise executives and CDOs in the public sector on data strategy, governance and the move towards AI.

A European transformation consultancy is hiring a Senior Data Strategy Consultant. Your clients are executives, directors and CDOs, mainly in the public sector. You lead engagements and help grow the practice.

What you will do:

• Advise executives and CDOs on data strategy, governance and the design of the data organisation
• Guide organisations from solid foundations towards AI applications
• Design data ownership, roles and policies for responsible data sharing
• Lead programmes and projects, from data maturity to data ecosystems
• Lead stakeholder workshops on definitions, ownership and quality
• Win new assignments and develop the team's propositions

What we ask:

• Bachelor or master, for example business administration, public administration, information management or data science
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a data consultant or advisor, including programme or project leadership
• A commercial track record and a strong network in the public sector
• Knowledge of AI and of the impact of European legislation on data
• Fluent Dutch and good English

What we offer:

• 4,500 to 8,000 euro gross per month, plus variable pay
