Lead HR and payroll data migrations and turn HR data into advice for management.
A European transformation consultancy is hiring a Senior Data Consultant HR Tech. You join an HR IT team of about 40 consultants.
What you will do:
- Lead data migrations for new HR or payroll systems, including retention, scope and data quality
- Turn questions such as equal pay, benefits use and recruitment into insights and advice
- Advise clients on data strategy, reporting and responsible use of AI in HR
- Coach junior and medior colleagues and help develop the team's propositions
What we ask:
- Bachelor or master, for example data, business administration, HRM, information management or IT
- At least 5 years of experience in data, analytics, reporting, data migration or data quality
- Experience with HR, payroll or workforce data is a strong plus
- Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Afas, ADP or Visma Raet
- Experience leading projects or client engagements
- Fluent Dutch and good English
What we offer:
- 5,500 to 8,000 euro gross per month, plus bonus
- Lease car or mobility allowance, pension and training budget
