Office Director, accountancy and advisory

Office Director for a national accountancy and advisory firm, for its office in Gelderland. The team mainly serves healthcare organisations and SME entrepreneurs and has an informal, open culture. You steer on four areas: finance, HR, quality and commerce.

What you will do:

• Draw up and monitor multi-year plans, budgets and commercial targets.
• Translate market trends and opportunities into concrete actions.
• Steer on productivity, quality, invoicing and results.
• Coach a multidisciplinary team and leave room for initiative.
• Work with fellow office directors on national improvement and standardisation programmes.
• Optionally combine the role with your own client portfolio as signing accountant, adviser or tax specialist.

What you bring:

• At least 7 years of experience, preferably in accountancy or professional services.
• Bachelor-plus level, an AA, RA or RB title is a plus.
• Affinity with healthcare and SME clients.
• Experience in coaching, results-driven leadership.
• Commercial feel and knowledge of the regional market.

• A salary of 6,702 to 8,803 gross per month on a 40-hour basis, plus 8.4 percent holiday allowance.
• A permanent contract from day one, 24 to 40 hours per week with flexible hours.
