What you will do:

• You source candidates for technical roles through different channels
• You screen candidates and assess their fit for open roles
• You guide candidates through interviews and the offer process
• You build a network of technical talent for future roles
• You work closely with account managers on client demand

What you bring:

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in an IT or technical environment
• Strong communication skills and a feel for matching people to roles
• A proactive way of sourcing candidates beyond job boards
• Good command of Dutch and English
