A small, flat test consultancy in Noord-Brabant is hiring a Senior Test Engineer. It improves the software quality of large clients, from unit tests to cloud testing. Assignments include a high-tech machine builder, a large insurer and a grid operator. The position is for 32 to 40 hours per week, on site, at the office or from home. As a senior you advise the client independently on the road to quality and pass on knowledge to less experienced colleagues.

What you will do:

• You advise the client on the best route to quality.
• You set up test automation and embed it in the development process.
• You run manual, performance and mobile tests on new, complex software.
• You weigh in on requirements and user stories and convince engineers, developers and administrators.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's level.
• More than 3 years of experience in testing or quality assurance.
• Knowledge of current test techniques and tools.
• Experience with test automation or CI/CD.
• Broad interest: from mobile and performance testing to automating every type of test.
• You make complex matters clear and convince the people involved.
