An IT services firm in Amsterdam is hiring a Senior Data Engineer. You design scalable cloud data platforms for clients and pass on your knowledge to colleagues.

What you will do:

• You design and build scalable data solutions in the cloud.
• You make design decisions on architecture and tooling together with stakeholders.
• You translate business requirements into working features.
• You automate infrastructure and pipelines with CI/CD and Terraform.
• You coach medior and junior engineers.

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong programming skills in, among others, Python, Scala or Java.
• Experience with AWS or Azure, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Kafka and streaming data processing.
• University of applied sciences or university level and excellent Dutch.
