A software company in Noord-Brabant is hiring a Lead Developer. You lead a team of developers and help decide how that team uses AI agents to build software. You still write code yourself and show what works.

What you will do:

• Give a team of developers technical direction and keep code quality high
• Find out where AI agents make development faster or better, and try that in practice
• Agree how the team works with these tools, including reviews, testing and security
• Help colleagues get started with AI agents
• Discuss technical choices with product and architecture colleagues

What you bring:

• Experience as a lead developer, tech lead or senior developer
• Experience using AI tools and agents in daily development work
• You explain technical choices clearly, also to people without a technical background
• You like trying new tools yourself and take a sober view of what they deliver
