What you will do:

• Call and email new companies to introduce yourself.
• Prepare conversations and join client meetings.
• Work with recruiters on the right profile for a client.
• Record everything in the CRM.
• Learn to negotiate and close deals with guidance.

What you bring:

• 0 to 2 years of experience, for example in sales, recruitment or services.
• Bachelor or master degree, preferably commercial or technical.
• You enjoy calling and make contact easily.
• You are eager to learn and take feedback seriously.
• Good Dutch and English.
