Growth & Market Expert

Combine market data and customer insight into growth advice per segment, hybrid in Zuid-Holland.

A software company in Zuid-Holland is growing its subscription products. It hires a growth and market expert who knows where the next growth is.

What you will do:

• Combine market data, customer insight and commercial results into a sharp view of where growth sits per segment
• Advise proposition management, marketing and sales on target group, positioning, price and market approach before they choose
• Make sure a launch fits the proposition, customer journey, sales and onboarding, and collect the lessons afterwards
• Tell the value story per target group and find the common thread

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience where market, proposition and go-to-market meet
• Thinking in funnels, conversion, acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, adoption and churn
• The habit of making commercial assumptions explicit and testable
• The skill to translate complex expertise, technology and AI into what it gives a customer
• Fluent Dutch, written and spoken
• Knowledge of legal, tax or professional services is a plus, and can be learned on the job
