Finance Accountant at a real estate management company in Hoofddorp. You keep the books for several entities and deliver the monthly and annual figures.

What you will do:

• Process the daily entries: purchases, sales, bank and journal.
• Run the month close, including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare the VAT returns and check the reconciliations.
• Prepare the annual accounts and act as the contact for the external auditor.
• Report to management on results and cash flows.
• Improve processes and the setup of the finance system.

What you bring:

• At least three years of experience as an accountant or assistant controller.
• A completed bachelor degree in accountancy or business economics.
• Experience with real estate administration is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Excel and a modern accounting package.
• Accurate, independent and communicative.
• Good Dutch and English.
