Corporate Recruiter

In-house recruitment of developers and IT consultants for an IT services company in the Utrecht region.

An IT services company in the Utrecht region is hiring a Corporate Recruiter. Core: in-house recruitment of developers and IT consultants, from intake to contract.

What you will do:

• Fill the organisation's own vacancies: developers, consultants and commercial roles.
• Run intakes with the management team and team leads and turn them into a sharp search profile.
• Source through LinkedIn Recruiter and your own network, and approach candidates directly.
• Run screening and selection interviews and guide candidates through to the contract.
• Keep the pipeline and candidate database up to date in the CRM.
• Help build the employer brand: vacancy texts, referrals and recruitment marketing.

What we ask:

• At least three years of experience recruiting IT or technical professionals, at an agency or in-house.
• Experience with the full cycle: intake, sourcing, screening and offer.
• Skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter and a CRM or ATS.
• Bachelor's level, good Dutch and English.
• Experience coaching junior recruiters is a plus.
