Business Analyst (BPMN, Agile)

Business analyst for an IT services firm, hybrid, on assignments with clients in the Randstad.

An IT services firm in the province of Utrecht places a business analyst on client assignments across the Randstad. You turn an organisation's goals into concrete improvements and make sure decisions rest on sound analysis. You work partly on site with the client and partly from home, with a commute of at most one hour.

What you will do:

• Map the current and target situation within the client's boundaries
• Run fit-gap analyses and problem and impact analyses
• Lead workshops that bring competing interests to a decision people support
• Write advice and business cases on feasibility and operational impact
• Model business processes in BPMN, in an Agile setting

What you bring:

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree
• At least 3 years as an analyst in an IT environment
• Hands-on BPMN and process modelling
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean
• A feel for governance and stakeholder politics
• Preferably an IIBA or BCS certification
