A consultancy that specialises in Python is building up its engineering team. As a back-end developer you work on assignments at clients, so project experience in consultancy matters. The company is still growing, which gives you room to help shape how it works.
What you will do:
- Design and build back-end services, APIs and microservices for client projects.
- Write tests and apply Test Driven Development.
- Work in Agile teams with Git, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Run and deploy applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
What you bring:
- More than 5 years of experience with a mainstream language, preferably Python. Java or TypeScript is also fine.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with a cloud platform: Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
- Previous consultancy or client project experience.
- A plus: serverless and Domain Driven Design.
