AI Tech Lead, Amsterdam, permanent

An AI firm in Amsterdam is hiring an AI Tech Lead. You build AI solutions end to end and put them into production for clients. Stack: Python, LLMs, RAG, Terraform, cloud.

What you will do:

• Design and build end-to-end AI solutions for production
• Lead a small team of 3 to 4 engineers
• Own the solution architecture and the integration with the client's IT
• Deliver applications with front and back end and measure their impact

What we ask:

• Over 2 years of end-to-end software and AI experience
• LLMs in production: RAG, prompt engineering and orchestration
• Clean, tested Python code
• Cloud provisioning with Terraform
• A master degree in a technical field
• Good Dutch and English
