An AI firm in Amsterdam is hiring an AI Change Manager. You make sure teams actually use AI, from first opportunity to daily practice.

What you will do:

• Spot opportunities to apply AI in products and internal workflows
• Roll out AI tools with product, engineering and business teams
• Set up training and guidelines for responsible AI use
• Measure adoption, gather feedback and adjust the approach

What we ask:

• Experience with AI or machine learning projects, technical or applied
• Experience guiding change in an organisation
• Explaining technical topics simply
• Affinity with software development and data
• Fluent English, Dutch is a plus
