Finance Business Partner

Pearson & Partners is searching for a Finance Business Partner on behalf of a well-established technology company based in Utrecht. The organization has a strong market position in the Benelux and is expanding its product portfolio, requiring sharper financial steering across business units.

As Finance Business Partner, you will serve as the financial counterpart to one or more commercial directors. Your core responsibilities include budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and translating financial data into actionable business recommendations. You will challenge assumptions, identify margin improvement opportunities, and ensure that investment decisions are grounded in solid financial analysis.

You will also contribute to the monthly and quarterly close process, support pricing decisions, and participate in strategic projects such as new market entries or product launches. The role demands a balance between analytical depth and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in financial planning, controlling, or business partnering, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or professional services environment. A completed degree in finance, economics, or business administration is expected. An RA or RC qualification is a plus. Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel or BI tools is essential.
