Corporate Controller

Our client, a private equity-backed technology group in the Randstad, is looking for a Corporate Controller to establish and lead the group controlling function across a portfolio of four operating companies.

This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Group CFO. You will be responsible for consolidated group reporting, management information, and the financial integration of recent and future acquisitions. The ideal candidate is comfortable building processes from scratch and thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and manage the consolidated reporting process across four portfolio companies with different ERP systems
• Deliver monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, and board packs for private equity stakeholders
• Lead the financial integration of newly acquired companies, harmonizing chart of accounts, reporting timelines, and control frameworks
• Define and enforce group-wide accounting policies and internal control standards
• Support the CFO with financial due diligence on acquisition targets and post-deal value tracking
• Coordinate year-end audit processes across all entities

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting; RC or RA qualification strongly preferred
• 7+ years in controlling, audit, or FP&A, with experience in a multi-entity or private equity environment
• Proven track record in post-merger financial integration
• Strong ERP skills and experience with reporting automation tools
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial attitude; comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up
