Our Client specializes in the educational en publishing sector. They build products that support teachers with classroom tools, Helping people to find their next book to read and helping students learn remotely and in classrooms. They make some of the most innovative and essential products available in publishing and education for some of the most exciting clients in the industry.
What will you do
As Java Developer, you will be expected to collaborate with the existing development team on complex questions, anticipating and identifying problems before they hinder progress.
You maintain existing products and think about how you can develop them further.
How a typical day would look like:
• Stand-up meeting
• Regular check-in with the company owner
• Catch up with the team
• Break
• A few hours of no disturbance
• Catch up with your mentor
• Collabora working with colleges

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience with Java
• Experience with React
• Test-driven development mindset
• Good communicator
• Experience with the following is a big plus: Rubyonrails, AWS, Spring.
